Couldn't find a pool/gym so I made one. Just joined the sims and not very familiar with building, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. 40x20 lot, 4 toilets and 6 showers total, filled with 6 treadmills and a few other gym machines, along with lots of lounge space, a bar and obviously, a pool.
