The name was ironically given for the cake-like centrepiece which grow giagantic hybrid tomatos in old sepecfic areas. The town wanted to commerate it as a national park for it's unsual geography. The park is popular amount romantic induvdual or someone who just decided to not buy a cake for someone's birthday (cause the entry is free).
