I always wondered what could I build on a 40x20 lot. Why not the Sheffield Residence in The Nanny which is a perfect fit for a this long lot. The groundfloor is the full recreation of the sets in The Nanny while the first floor is a combinaison of images and scenes you can see on the TV Show with Fran Fine and Maxwell's bedrooms.
