A university dorm for the rich. It comes with a cafeteria, an indoor sports hall and an indoor swimming pool in a separate building. The buildings were made to look like the surrounding architecture. The dorm also has a basement with a corridor leading to the cafeteria. Each dorm room takes up one floor, with a door to disallow strangers from entering.
