I tried to limit packs as much as I could, but this uses #basegame, #parenthood, #outdoorretreat, and #catsanddogs. Still, I think you can get by without the #catsanddogs pack if needed. I was able to keep this #under60k, but you honestly could save a lot more if you deleted some of the decor items and landscaping. I'm happy with how this turned out, and it definitely leaves your sims room to grow! Enjoy!
