I'm hoping that someone, maybe @simsupply, can tweak this home and improve it while keeping the general layout/theme. I'm a new builder and am hoping that someone can help me out. Only one bedroom is furnished, and I'd like to add a basement, but I want the basement stairs to go under the upstairs stairs, and it won't let me. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
