Built this for a pair of my legacy sims who met in Sulani, but moved to Windenburg for the better schools when they had kids. Soon the two were empty nesters in a mansion that was too large for two elder sims to care for. After passing on the mansion to their son and his growing family, they moved back to Sulani, into this little place that has everything the need--fewer stairs, space to garden, ocean views, and a spare bedroom for when the grandkids visit. #nocc #buydebug #sulani #retirement
