It is a three bedroom (one for adults, one for maximium 6 kids or teens and one for three toddlers) in this house. It's quite small, but it is #gen1 home in my #100babychallenge. Also the price is under #40k, so it's affordable. I included some skill bulding for kids and teens. In my challenge the founder is a writer and earns money for the bills that way.
