This 5 bed (plus office) 2 bath house was created with a mixture of the premade room challenge and the big house small budget challenge. I used a slightly larger lot, but that was only because I'm using this for a specific game and I wanted the family living on the 40x30 lot. The house could fit on a much smaller lot, if the pool weren't so large. Also, because my sims will live in the house, I used the redecorate tab to change colors and I swapped out a few floors. #usprebuild #cute #house #40k
