My ambious One Tree Hill build! The 1st floor is Karen's Cafe, the 2nd floor is Clothes Over Bros, the 3rd floor is TRIC and an apartment that can be Keith's on the 4th. Finally on the roof is just a hangout spot perfect for water balloon fights lol. It's listed as cafe but really this could be anything. Fingers crossed for mixed use lots in the future!
