Built in the center of the Fashion District, this rough recreation of the Circle in the Square Theatre on Broadway is all ready for the play American Buffalo (set in a junk shop), beginning in spring 2020 with Laurence Fishburne, Sam Rockwell and Darren Criss. It is a remodel of the Karaoke Bar previously in this location. It works as both a Park or a Lounge Bar.
