My 1st attempt at a commercial lot - a casual British pub (wet trade only!). Got a lounge-y side, a live music side, & small terrace which could use some potted plants. There's space on the lot to put a proper beer garden in if you're green-fingered. Tried to go for a barn-conversion shape for simplicity before attempting something harder.
