I rebuilt #drakehall, it has all the necessities that a #universityhousing needs! There are 3 double rooms and 2 singlerooms and they are all fully furnished with a lot of clutter :) I'll probably use the same build on #wyvernhall and just re-do the rooms so it fits the students there!
