Georgie & Bill's home with their family in IT. Pairs with my Denbrough Family, Pennywise, & Loser's Club households. It is modeled after the house used in the 2017 film in Toronto, Canada. I did take a few creative liberties. We never saw the interior of the home so I completely came up with my own floorplan.
