Build inspired by James' Turner Rags to Repayment let's play. So here's twin townhouses - one is for a family with maximum 2 toddlers and 2 kids/teens and other is for 4 roommates. Townhouses also had greenhouse on the roof and 2 basements - one for laundry and another empty one for whatever your roomates will need.
