Gracious Cottage
While it's not much to look at yet, this house stays under the starting budget for 8 people. It is the perfect house and set-up for the Grandma Gracious play challenge/story (check my gallery for the Gracious family). Grandma can make money by creating art all day while the kids are away at school.
