Its a house where is room for for a famaly. I build a teenage Room for a boy and a child room for a girl. It has no Work room, but a pc in the parents room. It has dining room, big kitchen, a living room and in the living room a fireplace. The Bathrooms are really big and could be changed to a other room if you need.
