Renovated into an affordfable family home that fits 10 sims. Didn't bother to put in a dining table cause it's not like your sims will actually sit and eat at it, hah! Left the basement empty so you can fill and expand it to your sims'/hearts' desires. I tried to limit my packs, you don't actually need #cityliving , #dineout or #seasons to download this build.
