I downloaded their shell/exterior build and decided to renovate it for one of my families. Currently there is enough space for 1-2 parents, 1 toddler, 2 kids/teens and 2 dogs. However, you could fit double-beds in the children's rooms and have 8 sims live here (and no pets).
