Requested by @MaNNero97. This is the first House I built after a picture actually and I think it turned out pretty nice. IT REALLY IS MODERN THIS TIME xD I really like the layout and the interior design of it. It fits 3 Sims in total. THE 2 FLOOR IS NOT FURNISHED IN ANY WAY!
