Created this house out of need. After my current Sim became a widow..His wife had a dryer lint mishap. SO now Danny is raising his two little ones alone with only a low paying job. So this 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home with living area & kitchenette is perfect. Has a bit of a Sims 3 feel to me. Thought I'd share this quick build.
