This house was made for Bella, Cassandra, and Alexander Goth. In my save, I found that Bella cheated on Mortimer, so they got divorced. Bella being a newly single mom is unable to afford to stay in their previous home. They moved to Strangeville to get a fresh start and found this home, designed to be catered to their needs, but more affordable.
