The Maitland residence was previously the home of the recently wedded couple Adam and Barbara Maitland. After their tragic death the couple are unable to leave their house by normal means. Desperate to keep their house from horrnedous arsty newcomers destroying the work they've created, they release the infamous Betel Geuse to scare the family.
