Small Home for One
Despite this being a Small Home, it can still be set on a regular residential lot. It only uses 70 tiles. This bright, cheery home has lots of personality, and has lots of plants that have been grown by my busy Sims. And there is a great backyard where one can grill and entertain other Sims.
