i wanted to build something for #newcrest so this house is based off of a house i saw! it has 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms because i only have 1 bathroom irl and it kind of drives me insane. one of the bedrooms is a guest room but you can change it to be anything to want it to be whether that be a teen room or a study. i wanted to include a basement as well even though it's unfinished because i feel like i don't see enough basements in the sims. #suburban #beechbyway
