Renovation of the Bedlington Boathouse. Furnished this for my two sims and their pets. I managed to fit another bathroom there as well as small room, which is now a small home gym. But it can easily be turned into another bedroom. I kept the upper floor open, but you can just add few walls and doors and create seperated bedroom.
