Remodel/facelift of the Bedlington Boathouse starter home in Brindleton Bay, inspired to remodel it by lilsimsies remodels. Lots of wasted space in the original build so I shifted some things around and was able to get a second bedroom and half bathroom out of it. I didn't actually change much about the house I just made it look a little better.
