The new #bedlingtonboathouse I made for the #alcottfamily. The twins have the top floor, along with their own bathroom and Andrea's artist corner. The second floor has the master bedroom as well as Samuel and Penelope's bedrooms. Bottom floor has a grand parlor room, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. The house takes up the whole lot, but I figured since it's a 'on the beach house' it was OK that it leads right out to the beach. #sims4 #familyhome #brindletonbay
