Renovated #bedlingtonboathouse, tucked away between the expensive mansions of Cavalier Cove is this humble little cottage. Nothing says “beach access” like living right on the beach! I re-designed this home with a family backstory in mind, the aging boatmaster and his grumpy old dog, who have recently been joined in the home by his daughter and her son.
