Bedlington Boathouse
My #redo of the #BedlingtonBoathouse . It felt more life a #FamilyHome to me, so I added a bedroom. Not a starter, but still #cheap . Only requires #BaseGame and #Pets , so if you want a more finished home for this lot, here it is. First floor is completed, with the kitchen and bathroom left a bit more bare to let you add more throughout gameplay. Same for second floor, both bedrooms and the office space are bare, so that that the house can be cheaper. #reno #renovation #renovated #BrindletonBay
