Lighthouse inspired/Nautical themed house. Would have furnished/made the third floor reachable but we don't have spiral stairs so I left it as is. The lot looks better when the front is rotated towards the beach I think, but for the sake of screenshots I left it to the left. I recommend rotating it if you'd like though!
