Four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. I made it to fit 7 sims (three female and four male) and one dog. You can place teens or young adults in this beach house, while we wait for University to come out. *shrugs* Building and furnishing this was my all-day holiday therapy session. Enjoy a big-ish kitchen, rooms with dividers, a ton of laptops, and hopfully enough extra-curricular activities.
