This is a classic Cape Cod cottage for a small family. There is an open kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room. All of the rooms are simply furnished but undecorated. This home was built on the Bedlington Boathouse lot but it could be placed on a 30x20 lot to have room for a backyard!
