I want to create a totally Green Brindleton Bay so am slowly converting each of the original lots to a version with a Green Footprint. So Bedlington Boathouse was my tricky one. It just kept turning industrial whatever I did. I swear there is actually something wrong with the lot! In the end I had to knock the whole thing down and start from scratch with as green a cottage as I could.
