This modest boathouse has had a complete overhaul. The outside's got a fresh new colour scheme. The weird open space upstairs has been divided into a spacious master bed- and bathroom and a 2nd bathroom and small guestroom. Downstairs, a hallway, halfbath and laundry space have been added.
