This is a reconstructed version of my old version of #bedlingtonboathouse. The #brickstonemanor is a beautiful cosy home for a smaller family. Downstairs you'll find a smaller bathroom, a spacious kitchen, a diningarea and the livingroom. Upstairs there's a mainbathroom, the masterbedroom with a small bathroom and the kid's room. Outside on the porch a small barbecue area, a huge pool, a nice playground for the kid (functional sandbox) and a petite garden on the side. #playtested #housefor3sims
