My first ever entry for lilsimsie's build challenge: A guesthouse/BnB! The design is mainly inspired by Paris apartments, it has 4 guest rooms that can accommodate 8 sims, and the owner lives at the shack in the backyard! There are multiple lounge areas, including a hangout place at the roof area! This has not been play-tested, and moveobjects, liveeditobjects and hiddenobjects must be on.
