Play tested and use bb.moveobjects on when placing :) This cute modern beachy cottage is perfect for a little family! It comfortably sleeps 5 sims and has a lot of character. I used #catscratchcottage as the lot because I love the location! I wanted to keep a subtle nautical theme throughout. I didn't use Get to Work, but it's showing that I did anyway.
