This is a take on a modern family beach house. It's built on the Lagoon Look lot in Sulani and fills the entire lot. Eco Lifestyle and Island Living makes up most of the items and interior. The water ladders are functional so you can swim right into the ocean. The house is built for gameplay and playtested. No CC used.
