Back again with a family house. (Ground breaking, I know.) This boy has three bedrooms; a master, a teen girl room, and a young boy room. There's also an office on the ground floor. I debated having this room be a bathroom instead, and chose office. As a result, there's only one bathroom, which is upstairs. (Not the best in terms of house design, but maybe you think it's funny when three sims need to use the toilet and there's already another sim taking a shower.) #family #3br #cozy #65k #modern
