This home took way to long to build. I wanted to create a modern dream ocean home for island loving sims to enjoy. This home can house a rather large family of sims as well as a butler. Every room has it's own bathroom. The home is outfitted with two bars, a hot tub, several dance floors as well as many other fun things for your sims to do together.
