Hi Guys, so i downloaded @Simlicy build and I found it way too small for the lot size it was on. So i have remodelled the upstairs to give 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, instead of the original 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I much prefer it this way so thought i'd share it incase you prefer a bigger home.
