Enjoy this beautiful water side mansion. A house every mermaid would love. But in all honesty any sim would love to live here. With three bedrooms (sleeps up to 5 Sims) and three bathrooms how could a Sim not love this home. It has a beautiful back deck that is great for that nightly swim.
