I know, I've got carried away with the build, and didn't pay attention to the budget. Sorry for that! But I really enjoyed building this #beachhouse. It can be a home for a family of 3, with a teen girl - as I pictured it. Or you can make it a rental. Also I've used #basegame and #islandliving packs only.
