I almost never build houses because I have trouble making layouts look good both inside & out, but I think I did a decent job this time! This took around 10-12 hours. This beach house is OFF-THE-GRID and contains OTG-friendly furniture to make sure all sim needs are met. Feel free to change it however you like!
