I just added a bait shack/convenience store mostly. There are also now some boats and bikes to help Sims get around the island, as well as more activities in general. I tried to keep the "locals only" beach feel, though. This would pair well with a placeable fishing spot CC to make it possible to fish off the dock. #islandliving #beach #marina #dock
