Built for a party sim to host nice parties. Features a large pool area in the back with a bbq (not shown in the picture.) Decorated as a family home, but can be used for single sims. Large empty room for skill building or anything else your sim needs. Fits on a 30x40 lot, I just used a large lot for picture purposes.
