St Simeons Church is the perfect wedding venue for those who like a more formal service, followed by an outdoor reception. The church was built in the simthing hundreds, when following the tragic loss of his beloved wife, a local man called Simeon decided to build a memorial to her. His numerous charity works drew attention and he was later made a saint.
