Used bb.moveobjects! The aquarium has to have fish added to it after being placed, but bb.showhiddenobjects can be used to quickly fill all the tanks (just place the fish in your sims inventory after purchasing from buy mode and go to the lot to put in the tank) if you dont want to actually fish!
