I made this house for a school project, kind of like an end of the year exam. Thought I'd share it. Perfect if you want to have A LOT of roommates. I think it has room for 18 sims to sleep? Which is a lot, I know. I built it as my dream summer vacation home for three big families with unlimited funds. My friends made it so that it is self sufficient and only has reusable materials.
